Gregg Wolfe
CEO & Owner
Gregg has enjoyed a 43-year career as a highly-respected court reporter; 35 years as an Official Court Reporter with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and 40 years as CEO and owner of Kaplan Leaman & Wolfe, where he is responsible for the continued growth and success of the company. He has reported numerous high-profile court cases, all types of civil and criminal trials, as well as Multi-District Litigation Cases.
Gregg has built a team of talented court reporters and staff to provide KLW’s clients with exceptional service. His mantra is to listen carefully to the clients and then partner with them to assess their needs and to assemble customized solutions.
As a result of Gregg’s four decade plus tenure, KLW is one of the only court reporting agencies in the country where the owner is an experienced Federal Court Reporter.

Mindy Stasio
VP of Business Development
Prior to joining Kaplan Leaman & Wolfe, Mindy performed marketing and sales for Fortune 500 companies as well as the casino industry in Atlantic City.
As Vice-President of Business Development, Mindy focuses on the company’s continued growth by developing strategic partnerships with attorneys, law firms, corporate counsel, insurance companies and other legal professionals nationwide.
Mindy has been with Kaplan Leaman & Wolfe for 16 years, and her continued commitment to her clients’ success is unparalleled.

Danielle Murphy
Office Manager
Danielle has been with Kaplan Leaman & Wolfe for 15 years in the capacity as Office Manager. Danielle is responsible for handling the company’s daily operations including, but not limited to, scheduling and confirming depositions, assignment of court reporters and videographers throughout the country, customer relations, overseeing staff and court reporters nationwide, and working with clients to ensure each client receives the highest quality of service.

Kelli Jastrzembski
Accounts Manager
Prior to joining KLW 11 years ago, Kelli was the controller of a water company. She is KLW’s controller, whereby she is in charge of payroll, commissions, accounts receivables, sales, finding national vendors, scheduling depositions and cultivating new prospects for large national litigation. Kelli has proficiency in pricing and estimating jobs throughout the country for our team of reporters.

Dawn Anderson
Production Manager
Dawn has worked in the court reporting industry since 2001, and has experience in record retrieval, billing, transcript production, front-office duties, and customer service. As the Production Manager for KLW, her duties include the production and importing of final transcripts into the KLW Repository, as well as customer service. In addition, she handles office equipment troubleshooting, greets counsel and their clients for depositions held at our office and manages the office supplies.
